Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher to lead classroom instruction and curriculum at our Knowledge Beginnings North center. In this role, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, guide assistants, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for young children. You will partner closely with families, document progress, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. As a senior educator, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to center-wide programming, and model inclusive, play-based learning aligned with KinderCare's high-quality standards.
