We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as Toddler Care Educators! In this vibrant role, you will create a nurturing, engaging environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your energy and dedication will help foster a love of learning from the very start, setting the foundation for lifelong success. T . Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and literacy education. Engage with toddlers through play-based activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play while ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation among children. Maintain detailed documentation of child development progress and classroom activities in accordance with licensing requirements. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that supports special education needs and early intervention strategies. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a childcare or preschool setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare laws such as mandated reporting laws is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. A genuine passion for nurturing toddlers' growth through curriculum development, literacy education, and hands-on learning experiences.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.50 per hour
