Our ideal teacher is someone who: Loves working with infants and toddlers Is warm, patient, playful, and nurturing Enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities Understands infant and toddler development Can work as part of a team Communicates well with families Is dependable and ready to jump into the fun Understands that some days involve paint, bubbles, music, diapers, snacks, and lots of hugs — sometimes all at once! Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification is required, and previous childcare experience is a big plus. Your Experience Matters We believe your experience and education should be recognized. Starting pay is based on your EEC qualifications, childcare experience, education, and college coursework. Teachers with additional college classes, degrees, Lead Teacher certification, and infant/toddler classroom experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.
