We utilize an inquiry-based curriculum that emphasizes social-emotional learning and STEM education. We offer Mandarin immersion opportunities, and our children dive deep into each topic during Weekly Explorations. seeks new staff members who are passionate about young children to join our team and make lifelong contributions to the lives of children. The Preschool Teacher, under the supervision of the Director, is responsible to create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the individual needs of each child in the classroom.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and fellow team members Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and emotional growth Create a fun and safe learning environment Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum Maintain open and positive communication with families in regard to their child's progress Assist in maintaining children's daily records, portfolios, and reports.

Qualifications:

EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar preferred Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
