Who We Seek We seek an Infant/Toddler Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. This role supports the education, daily care, and well-being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliance's promise and principles, as well as developmentally appropriate practices aligned with NAEYC standards. Who You Are You are a sensitive, mature, and caring team player who relates well to both children and adults Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include care and supervision of children, teaching, family partnerships, professionalism, and professional development Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development required by EEC and the program Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position Infant/Toddler Teacher certification by EEC required Experience working with infants preferred Requirements High School Diploma required Associate's degree or CDA preferred Shift 40 hours per week,
