• Littleton is seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher who understands that learning begins long before a child can talk, walk, or hold a crayon.

You'll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, developmental milestones, and meaningful early learning experiences are part of every day. Key Responsibilities Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play Observe and document children's development Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher Professional Infant or Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative What We Offer $22
