• Littleton is looking for an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who can turn children's natural curiosity into meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, create, and grow.

You'll lead a Preschool classroom that balances purposeful learning with the joy and discovery that make early childhood education special. Key Responsibilities Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines Observe and document children's development Guide and support Assistant Teachers Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for early childhood education and children's development What We Offer $22
