Meadowbrook Child Garden is a private Preschool and Kindergarten that has been serving families for almost 50 years. Located on a beautiful, expansive campus in Marlborough, MA, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic EEC Qualified Preschool Teacher to join our experienced, close-knit team. Our program focuses on play-based learning, small class sizes, and outdoor exploration. Classrooms have just 10-13 children with two dedicated teachers, allowing teachers to give children the individual attention they deserve.Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Lead hands-on, play-based activities
- Support children\'s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment
- Collaborate with co-teachers and our teaching team
- Build positive relationships with children and families
Experience:
- A genuine love of working with preschool-aged children (ages 2.9-3.5)
- EEC Teacher Certification required
- Experience with curriculum planning and classroom leadership
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, colleagues, and community partners using excellent verbal and written skills.
