Jobs › Marlborough, MA › Member Solution Advisor Robert Half Member Solution Advisor Marlborough, MA Apply Description We are looking for a Member Solution Advisor to support members with day-to-day banking needs while delivering attentive, solution-focused service in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, handling financial transactions accurately, and guiding members toward services that match their goals. The role combines client support, problem resolution, and product education in a detail-focused banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop positive member relationships by listening carefully, understanding financial needs, and providing thoughtful service recommendations.
• Assist members with routine banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and other account-related transactions, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Address questions and service concerns promptly, working to deliver clear solutions that strengthen member satisfaction and confidence.
• Introduce relevant financial products and services based on each member's situation and banking objectives.
• Provide attentive front-line support in a client-facing setting and ensure a welcoming, service-driven experience.
• Maintain careful attention to transaction details, policy compliance, and operational procedures during daily account servicing.
• Support branch coverage during the standard Monday through Friday schedule, with availability for some Saturdays as needed. Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing service role.
• Hands-on experience processing common banking transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products or service solutions.
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and transactions.
• Comfortable working in a structured branch environment with a regular weekday schedule and occasional Saturday hours.
• Knowledge of banking operations, transaction handling, and service best practices.
