• Natick is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team.

We're open to Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will work to identify the classroom that best matches your qualifications, experience, strengths, and preferred age group. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance Observe and document children's development Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed Professional early childhood classroom experience required Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education What We Offer $24
