Role:
Little Feet Creative Learning Inc is looking for a nurturing and passionate Infant Teacher to join our growing team in North Attleboro, MA! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most critical stage of a child's development. Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community Follow all EEC licensing requirements and center policies
Requirements:
Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework a plus
