Be authentic, natural, patient and kind when communicating with children. Meets the needs of each child both emotionally and physically. Develop activities that engage and stimulate children. Design Classroom curriculum, Children's Assessment Portfolio's and complete progress Reports when due. Promote Literacy in your early education environment. Encourage children with expression and hugs. Be flexible with daily routines and schedules to capture teachable moments. Treat colleagues with dignity and respect.
