Position Summary Sunny Days Daycare is looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure their health and safety at all times. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain daily communication with families regarding children's progress. Complete classroom documentation and observations as required. Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and engaging. Work collaboratively with other teachers and the Director. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Valid Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
