• Per Diem Home Care Winthrop, MA | Every Other Wednesday | $50/hr + Additional Patient Pay We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with hands-on pediatric IV start or pediatric port access experience for a recurring home care assignment in Winthrop, MA.

What This Role Looks Like:

Every other Wednesday — fixed schedule Approximately 6 hours per visit Care for 3 children in the same home — ages 12, 9, and 6 Hands-on IV start or port access experience required Comfortable providing care independently in the family's home

Compensation:

$50/hour for the first child +$25/hour for the second child +$25/hour for the third child When caring for all 3 children, the total rate is $100/hour Approximately $600 total for a 6-hour visit The $100/hour rate is the combined rate for all three children, not $100/hour per child.

More Cases May Be Available:

This is a per diem RN position , and additional infusion and skilled nursing visits may be available depending on your schedule, location, and willingness to travel. If you have availability beyond the current Winthrop assignment, there may be opportunities to pick up additional visits as cases become available.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Must have pediatric Hands-on IV start or port access experience Infusion or IV therapy experience preferred CPR/BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross only ) — can be renewed during onboarding Physical or Fit-for-Work AND TB Test ( within 1 year ) — can be completed during onboarding Valid driver's license and insured vehicle

Additional Infusion Opportunities:

While this posting is for a recurring pediatric assignment in Winthrop, we also receive infusion and skilled nursing referrals throughout MetroWest and across Massachusetts. If you are comfortable driving to different communities and have broader availability, there may be opportunities to pick up additional visits as cases become available.

$50.00 per hour
