Kiddie Academy of Annapolis is seeking experienced and qualified Infant/Toddler Teachers . To be considered as a candidate, qualified persons will have 45 hour infant/toddler and 45 hour child development certificates. Candidates will also possess 9 hour communications course or qualifying college course work, and minimum 2 years center-based care. Why Work Here? Responsible for the daily planning, management and supervision of the classroom and children. Generally, may lead and functionally supervise an Assistant Teacher or aide. Responsible for ensuring that all parents, children and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed. Job responsibilities also include but not limited to: the care of infants and toddlers 6 weeks- 24 months individualized lesson planning feeding diapering keeping the room clean and neat ensuring adherence to state regulations best practices Following Kiddie Academy's procedures and policies Job requirements include: Reliable transportation, preferably own vehicle Positive attitude and flexibility with scheduling Qualifying Infant and Toddler candidates will be subject to state and federal background checks.
