Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be joining a Team of Early Educators who strive to provide a strong foundation and love of learning in each child in their care. We are a quickly growing company and due to expansion of services, we are seeking energetic Teachers who will grow with us. If you are passionate about early learning and helping children reach their potential, this would be a good fit. Our company focuses on continuous improvement and always striving to do better for our Teachers, staff, children, and families. Duties Maintain and follow all Office of Child Care Regulations Effectively communicate daily with potential families, current families, children, Admin, and Teachers Maintain a culture of accountability and growth Seek out areas of growth opportunity or improvement and having the initiative to problem solve and present resolutions Communicating with parents and Team members Provide a safe learning environment for the children in our care Create and implement developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities Requirements Qualified as a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher through MSDE Office of Child Care 45-Hour Growth and Development Certificate 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum Certificate OR 45-Hour Infant/Toddler Curriculum Certificate 9-Hour Communication Certificate OR any completed college course 1 year of experience working with children in a child care setting Basic Health & Safety Training ADA Certificate Must pass all criminal background checks and health screening Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and mediation skills Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners by providing them with the foundation they need for lifelong success!
