## Overview We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong background in early childhood education. ## Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
- Educate children on various subjects including math, literacy, and social skills
- Monitor and assess each child's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support the needs of each child ## Skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Familiarity with educational approaches such as Montessori or private school curricula
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
