Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Requirements:
Hold at least a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field from an institution of higher education accredited by an institutional accrediting association recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods when applicable Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities, play-based learning, and age-appropriate teaching strategies to support childhood development Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment Support children with special needs by collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs) and providing early intervention when necessary Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on children's progress and developmental milestones Maintain accurate records of student assessments, standardized testing results, and daily activities to monitor growth and inform instruction Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in toddler care and daycare settings Requirements Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques Experience working with students with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, colleagues, and administrators Familiarity with early childhood education standards such as Montessori methods or preschool curricula is preferred Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is required; additional certifications in special education or tutoring are advantageous Passion for nurturing young learners' growth through engaging teaching methods that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and social-emotional learning Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
