- We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child welfare and education, with experience in preschool and early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement educational programs and activities for children
- Provide tutoring and support to students in various subjects
- Utilize Montessori methods to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for toddler care
- Implement strategies for early intervention when needed
- Incorporate physical education into daily routines
Experience:
- The successful candidate should possess:
- Experience working with children in a teaching or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong understanding of child welfare practices
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum
Skills:
- Nice-to-have skills include:
- Experience in Montessori education
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
- Proficiency in providing toddler care
