Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kinder Care curriculum. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and emotional well-being. Observe and assess children's development and document progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and classroom activities. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
