Job Description

KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our WhiteMarsh center to create safe, nurturing, and engaging classrooms for young children. In this on-site role, you will design age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and partner closely with families. You'll implement KinderCare's curriculum, ensure a healthy and secure environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. This position offers opportunities to develop your teaching skills, advance your career in early childhood education, and make a meaningful, daily impact on children's development. Responsibilities Plan and facilitate age-appropriate, play-based learning activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and learning standards. Implement Kinder Care curricula and adapt lessons to individual child needs. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Ensure adherence to all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Assist with classroom organization, supplies, and daily routines.
