Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management strategies tailored for infants and toddlers. Familiarity with curriculum development including literacy education, Montessori methods, and lesson planning for early learners. Experience in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
