Dee Dee's Place is seeking an experienced, caring, energetic Early Childhood Educator to lead our Pre-K classroom! We're looking for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education -- not just "watching" children, but truly teaching, engaging, and helping them thrive. The position is full-time.

What You'll Do:

Plan and implement our curriculum along with developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities Create a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment Maintain compliance with Maryland child care licensing standards Communicate effectively with children, parents and teammates Promote social-emotional growth, curiosity, and independence in every child Requirements Preferably Bachelor's Degree in ECE, but at a minimum must have AA degree, current CDA, or 90-hour Early Childhood Certification in Preschool Minimum 5 years experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program Passion for working with children Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and health screening

Base Pay:

$21.50 - $23.50 per hour
