As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, promote positive behavior, and build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child development progress and incidents. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and child development instruction. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with special education strategies, early intervention programs, behavior management techniques, and mandated reporting laws. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in childhood development or special education are preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to toddler care and preschool-aged children's developmental stages. Experience working within private schools or daycare environments is advantageous; bilingual abilities are a plus.
