The RoleWe are looking for a warm, dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to lead our 35 year old classroom. You will create a joyful, engaging learning environment grounded in our Creative Curriculum approach, build meaningful partnerships with families, and collaborate with a close-knit team that genuinely loves what they do.

What You'll DoLead a preschool classroom, creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 35Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to each child's needsBuild strong relationships with families and communicate daily about their child's progressCollaborate with our experienced team in a supportive, family-like atmosphereWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent90 clock hours of approved early childhood coursework (or equivalent alternatives)3 years of experience working with preschoolers in a licensed childcare center or approved setting9 clock hours of approved training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public3 clock hours in ADA Compliance trainingPassion for early childhood development and family-centered careWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $20$26/hour based on experienceHealth insurance and paid time off12 hours of annual continuing education supportProfessional development opportunitiesA supportive, family-owned environment with nearly 50 years of experienceScheduleFull-time, 40 hours/week
