In this role, you'll design engaging lessons, nurture curiosity, and foster social-emotional skills in a safe, welcoming classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with a supportive teaching team, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities aligned with developmental milestones. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and adjust learning plans as needed. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership to support program goals. Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
