Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with children through play-based learning and implementing lesson plans that promote exploration and discovery. Hours for this job would be be 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children. Engage in daily activities that promote child welfare and development. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children's interactions and learning. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and interests. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and encouraging positive social interactions. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Experience in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to educate effectively. Experience in lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children. Knowledge of toddler care Ability to create engaging educational activities that stimulate learning through play. Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but we can obtain if you are not certified Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners by providing them with a solid foundation for lifelong learning!
