Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for students Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians Establish positive and collaborative relationships with parents, caregivers, and other staff members, promoting open communication and involvement in the child's learning journey Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Follow all licensing regulations and ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations in early childhood education Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and create a supportive learning environment Current CPR and First Aid certification One 4 All Learning Center offers competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as paid holidays and vacations, employee discounts, and professional development opportunities, beginning on day one.
