Job Description
About us One 4 All Learning Center is a newly licensed childcare center located in Raymond, ME. We are hard working professionals who strive to hold childcare to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Follow all licensing regulations and ensure the safety and well-being of all students
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques to support children with special needs or developmental delays
- Familiarity with curriculum development and the ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus
- A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, but not required
