Job Description

Join Our Growing Team at Roselyn North Academy
  • Yarmouth Roselyn North Academy is continuing to grow, and we are excited to welcome new educators to our Yarmouth location.
We are currently hiring Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Floaters to support classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-K. Our program is built on strong relationships, collaboration, and a deep respect for both children and the educators who support them. We offer ongoing training, mentorship, and a team-oriented environment where educators learn from and support one another. Compensation $18
  • 24 per hour, based on experience and Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ) level Monthly wage supplement of up to $540 based on MRTQ level, in addition to hourly pay Many team members increase their overall earnings through participation in the stipend program Why Join Roselyn North Academy We believe that when educators feel supported and respected, children thrive.

Additional Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Lead Teachers:
Guide curriculum planning and classroom management
Floaters:
