Job Summary Join our early childhood team as a Child Care Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing environment for young children to learn, grow, and thrive. In this role, you will support classroom activities, ensure the safety and well-being of children, and assist lead teachers with daily routines. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children during play, learning activities, and mealtimes to promote safe and positive experiences Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on child development instruction and early childhood education principles Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings is highly preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Join us in creating a joyful, safe, and enriching environment where every child can flourish!
