3007319333-2 Apply for this job now Job Description KinderCare is seeking a Specialized Pre-K Lead Teacher for our Berkley center to design and lead an engaging, inclusive classroom for 4-5-year-olds. In this full-time role, you will create developmentally appropriate lessons, integrate play-based learning, and support diverse learners to build strong social, emotional, and early academic skills. You'll assess each child's progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with center staff. Responsibilities Lead a specialized Pre-K classroom, creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. Design and implement developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned curriculum and activities. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and adjusting instruction. Collaborate with families through regular communication, conferences, and progress updates. Support diverse learners with differentiated instruction and behavioral guidance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and childcare regulations and center policies. Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom staff. Partner with center leadership on program improvement and school readiness initiatives.
