Duties Supervise children during free play, snacks, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Light cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment. Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Support behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children Qualifications Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and enthusiasm Must provide own transportation Join us in shaping bright futures!
