In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, facilitating engaging activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive space for early childhood development. Your positive energy and commitment to child well-being will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and happiness. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Duties Supervise children during free play, snacks, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Light cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment. Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Support behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children Qualifications Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and enthusiasm Must provide own transportation Join us in shaping bright futures! Pay:
