Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-3:00 PM We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to support our Toddler and Preschool classrooms. As a Floater Teacher, you will work in different classrooms throughout the day, assisting our Lead Teachers and helping provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for our children.

Responsibilities include:

Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Provide support in Toddler and Preschool classrooms as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Supervise and interact positively with children Assist with meals, transitions, outdoor play, and other daily activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow school policies and Michigan childcare licensing requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous preschool, daycare, or childcare experience preferred Dependable, patient, caring, and comfortable working with young children
