  • Byron Center is looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where young children develop confidence, curiosity, independence, and early school-readiness skills.
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys making learning fun through hands-on activities, purposeful play, and meaningful interactions with children. What You'll Do Lead engaging daily preschool activities and classroom routines Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support early literacy, math, language, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships Guide children through learning centers, group activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and children's progress Collaborate with your teaching team and center leadership Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous preschool, daycare, or childcare experience preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $16
