Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. In this role, you will work to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for young learners. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily lessons, supporting children's social and emotional development, and maintaining a safe and nurturing space for all students. You will prepare activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands on experiences. Building positive relationships with families is an essential part of this position, as you will regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress, growth, and classroom experiences. You will also ensure that all health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently upheld. Small class sizes with a maximum of 4 children per teacher (1:4 ratio) , allowing for personalized attention and quality care.
