Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and create a nurturing classroom environment. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to ensure a collaborative approach to early childhood development. Supervise daily activities such as toddler care, preschool routines, and early intervention programs tailored to individual needs. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently. Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum development initiatives that incorporate innovative teaching methods and standardized testing when appropriate. Experience Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong background in curriculum development, child development instruction, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management approaches. Prior experience teaching physical education or tutoring young children is a plus. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, childhood welfare standards, and first aid/CPR certification is required. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to diverse student needs across various age groups including toddlers and preschoolers. Join us in shaping bright futures! $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
