Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Facilitate age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and behavior via Brightwheel Follow all health and safety protocols, including administering first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care strategies in accordance with best practices Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to foster respectful interactions Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training encouraged Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively through strong behavior management skills Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through playful learning experiences Join us to inspire young learners every day! Pay:
