Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Part-Time Preschool Spanish Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will inspire young learners by integrating Spanish language instruction into engaging activities that promote early childhood development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a bilingual environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that integrates Spanish language learning with preschool activities Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes active participation and cultural awareness Use effective classroom management and behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Incorporate literacy education, early intervention strategies, and child development principles into daily lessons Ensure safety by adhering to first aid and CPR protocols and following mandated reporting laws when necessary Collaborate with team members to plan special events, assessments, and classroom activities that support holistic child development Requirements Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development instruction Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management Familiarity with special education needs, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques Excellent communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR required; background in childhood welfare or related fields preferred Knowledge of standardized testing methods related to early childhood education is a plus Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility during school days or mornings/afternoons Join us at Minto's Casa to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while growing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment!
