Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive behavior management strategies that promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children. Collaborate with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism, providing personalized support and mentoring. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to share progress updates and address individual needs. Support classroom preparation by proofreading educational materials, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean learning space.
