Job Description
The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom activities, supervising children during play and routines, supporting lesson plans, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and helping meet the social, emotional, and developmental needs of each child. The Assistant Teacher works closely with staff and communicates positively with children and families while following all center policies and safety guidelines.
