QUALIFIED GSRP
Lead Teacher to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff.
  • Duties:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
  • Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning environment
  • Utilize effective classroom management and behavior management techniques
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and upcoming events
  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and literacy education
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
  • Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles
  • Ability to educate and inspire students of varying learning styles
Job Type:

$35.00 per hour
