This role is a 3-Day work schedule. Mon-Wed OR Thursday-Sat. Responsibilities Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Manage daily classroom routines. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote emotional regulation. Collaborate with families. Requirements Prior classroom experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare centers or preschool settings Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently.
