In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that promotes early childhood learning and growth. This role is a 3-Day work schedule. Mon-Wed OR Thursday-Sat. Duties Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans. Create a clean, safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones. Manage classroom routines efficiently. Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education with a focus on preschool settings; familiarity with toddler care is essential. Strong knowledge of classroom management, behavior management techniques, and childhood development principles. Proven ability to work with children of varying abilities.
