Job Summary Learning Adventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Young Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating with parents and guardians Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging exploration and independence Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with licensing and safety standards Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing professional development Support families through regular communication and building strong partnerships

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or caregiving setting Early childhood education certification or relevant credentials preferred Strong understanding of child development principles, along with age-specific and special needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in early childhood education Join our vibrant team dedicated to nurturing the next generation. Requirements:

Associates in ECE or equivalent CEUs and trainings to meet state minimum guidelines Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children, co-workers and families Sensitive to the individual needs of families Ability to communicate with families effectively Ability to supervise variety of staff Knowledge of state licensing and GSTQ rules, regulations and standards Knowledge of child development Ability to provide appropriate guidance Ability to seek supervision and use it constructively Evidence of emotional maturity and stability Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Evidence of sufficient judgment Patience and love of little ones 12 months to 30 months

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
