Job Type:
Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) (preferred) and a passion for supporting children's development through meaningful learning experiences. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise and care for children Monitor and document children's developmental progress. Maintain open communication with parents and families. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies. Guide and support assistant teachers as needed. Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Qualifications Preferred - CDA credential or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
