Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development Support classroom management by maintaining organized routines and fostering positive behavior among children Collaborate with lead teachers to monitor developmental milestones and document progress Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Communicate effectively with parents and team members to share updates on children's progress and needs Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or caregiving settings is preferred, but not required. Must pass background check Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining energy and enthusiasm for childcare duties, which require mobility to get up and down from the floor and to lift up to 40 lbs.
