Job Description
KinderCare's Moon Road center is seeking Teachers passionate about early childhood education. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, observe and document each child's progress, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Working within a collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll receive ongoing training and opportunities for growth while making a meaningful impact on children's social, emotional, and academic development every day. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons following Kinder Care curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on classroom plans Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing standards Participate in ongoing professional development and training Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development knowledge Parent communication Lesson planning Behavior management Child safety and supervision Observation and documentation Basic computer skills First aid and CPR knowledge
