Core ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our assembly team, you will handle everything from sub-assemblies to finished goods across specialized stations (Wash, Shop Pro, and Kits & Parts):

Precision Assembly:

Perform assembly tasks using manual and power tools (torque guns, screw guns, and gauges) while following strict station work instructions.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of all materials and finished components to ensure 100% conformance to assembly requirements.

Inventory Management:

Monitor component levels for current builds to ensure material counts align with production demands.

Packaging:

Assemble custom boxes, totes, or crates to prepare finished products for safe transport.

Team Communication:

Collaborate closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers; promptly report any material defects or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all housekeeping regulations.

Candidate QualificationsEducation:

High School Diploma or GED Certification.

Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not requiredwe are willing to train the right candidate!

Technical Skills:

Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with industrial assembly tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, highly organized, dependable, and a self-motivated team player.
