Responsibilities Support classroom management by helping organize activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and learning through play Assist with supervising children during daily routines such as meal times, naps, outdoor play, and learning activities Implement age-appropriate educational programs that encourage curiosity and creativity in toddlers, and preschoolers Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Communicate effectively with children to promote positive behavior management and emotional well-being Collaborate with lead teachers to monitor developmental milestones and document observations for parent updates Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports effective learning and caregiving practices Support special education needs by adapting activities to accommodate children with disabilities or additional support requirements Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with classroom experience or managing groups of young children in a structured setting Familiarity with toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; willingness to obtain if not already certified Understanding of working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle behavior management effectively while maintaining a positive environment Join us to inspire growth and curiosity in young learners!
